NotifySpy provides notification monitoring, call log tracking, and contact synchronization services for Android devices. The Service is designed for:

  • Parental control and child safety monitoring
  • Employee monitoring with proper authorization
  • Personal device management
  • Legitimate business purposes with consent

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • All information you provide is accurate and current

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

6. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with:

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

  • Basic Plan: 3 devices, 7-day data retention
  • Professional Plan: 10 devices, 30-day data retention
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited devices, unlimited data retention

7.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

7.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
  • You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation

8. Data and Privacy

  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You retain ownership of all monitored data
  • We implement security measures to protect your data
  • Data retention periods vary by subscription plan
  • You are responsible for backing up critical data

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NotifySpy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTIFYSPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NotifySpy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or through your account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Suspected security breaches

12.3 Effect of Termination
